Castello Precast is a leading Bulgarian contractor operating predominantly in the precast industry — developing, engineering, designing, and building industrial buildings and facilities, fabricating all precast products and reinforced concrete elements in its own facilities under strict quality control.
Despite high manufacturing standards, Castello encountered problems with small holes and pores on the surface of beams, columns, and reinforced concrete panels, as well as minor areas of honeycombed concrete. With roof elements up to 36 m long and investors demanding of the visible surface, obtaining a fair face was a challenge. They had tried different materials without satisfaction — what was needed was a fine, easy-to-apply material with low shrinkage that doesn’t differ too much from the colour of concrete.

Used as a filler for minor voids and defects to provide a fair-faced concrete finish, it is easy to apply, requires only the addition of water, and can be applied in a single application to produce a uniform surface ready for a subsequent paint finish.
