RMZ Corp is a leading corporate real estate developer. The RMZ Galleria project seeks a fresh approach in its development and sustainability, housing office spaces, an over-90,000 m² shopping mall and entertainment complex, and serviced residences.
The project had different grades of concrete to be framed in aluminium formwork — a method widely used for mass housing projects in India. In such a large multi-asset development, the main challenge was achieving numerous concrete mixes without causing confusion on site. KingKrete was approached to find the best method for minimising the number of required admixtures while maintaining the same project cost rate.
KingKrete Solution
The KingKrete technical team supported the project with a custom-tailored admixture for all required concrete mix designs. Through KingMix Special MR353 — a Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (SNF) based admixture — the estimated overall cost was decreased by supplying one grade of admixture for all mixes.
