Single component, pre-mixed dash slurry coat.
Overview
KingPlast R100 is a polymer modified, ready to use cement based key coat, which when mixed with water produces a bonding agent layer between new plaster and fair face concrete.
Applications
- Key bonding agent between plaster and smooth substrates including blocks (normal and light weight), fair faced concrete and concrete with micro-silica
Advantages
- Very good bonding agent between cement based substrates and newly applied cement based plaster
- Easy to apply, single component, requires only addition of water
- Suitable for internal and external application
- STANDARDS KingPlast R100 complies with ASTM C150, ASTM C897 and application standard ASTM C926

Usage & Packaging
KingPlast R100 is available in 25 kg and 50 kg bags.
5.9 kg/ m² for 3mm thicknesses. However, the consumption is depending on the application method and the substrate finish.
Shelf life is 1 year when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight and protected from extremes of temperature
