Overview
KingProof TPO150 is a flexible FPO/TPO roofing membrane composed of thermoplastic polyolefins and reinforced with a polyester fabric. It is offered in a range of thicknesses to meet different project requirements. The unique composition of KingProof TPO150 gives a membrane that is soft and flexible at low temperatures while maintaining excellent high-temperature properties. It is hot-air weldable and designed to perform in a wide range of climatic conditions, for mechanical fastening on flat or low-sloped roofs, and offers exceptional resistance to environmental, chemical and biological factors. KingProof TPO150 is resistant to UV radiation and can be used as an exposed roofing membrane or as a protected system for extensive green roofs.

Usage & Packaging
Grades TPO150-1.2 / 1.5 / 1.8 / 2.0, all 1.60 m wide. TPO150-1.2 20 m/roll (32 m², 48 kg + core). TPO150-1.5 20 m/roll (32 m², 61 kg + core). TPO150-1.8 15 m/roll (24 m², 50 kg + core). TPO150-2.0 15 m/roll (24 m², 55 kg + core).
Roll area 24-32 m² depending on grade (see packaging); minimum overlap 120 mm (80 mm in protected/ballasted systems).
KingProof TPO150 rolls must be stored in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight, in cool, dry, frost-free conditions. Store horizontally on a pallet and avoid placing pallets of rolls on top of one another. Shelf life is 5 years under these conditions.
