Overview
KingExtra FC30 is a special formulation that uses micro– organisms to digest and clean oil, fat and grease from concrete, masonry and metal surfaces. KingExtra FC30 has been especially formulated to remove hydrocarbons from contaminated concrete prior to coating. KingExtra FC30 is environmentally safe and harmless to humans, pets, plants and aquatic life.
Applications
- KingExtra FC30 is used to clean heavy oil contaminated concrete, masonry and metal in the following applications:

- Parking lots and driveways
- Engines and machinery
- Paving stones
- Horizontal and vertical substrates

| Solubility in water | Completely soluble Agitate the contaminated area with a stiff brush. This can be done manually or with a power scrubber depending on the size of the area being cleaned. During the application, do not allow the product temperature to rise above 49°C or completely dry out, as water must be present at all times since it is the source of oxygen for the microbes. Mist the area again with water if the cleaner starts to dry out. Ideally, the cleaned area may be rinsed off after approximately 30 minutes from application. If the product cannot be rinsed to a drain, use an auto scrubber or similar to vacuum up the liquid. Areas with heavy contamination might take up to 3 - 4 hours to clean. During this time keep the area wet and agitate one more time 20 minutes before rinsing off. | — |
