Overview
KingBond PUWQ is a single component moisture curing polyurethane adhesive that has a variety of usages when it comes to bonding wood and synthetic parquet products to different substrates such as concrete, tiles, natural stone, and wood.
Applications
- KingBond PUWQ is used to bond a variety of products to different substrates including:
- Specialty and laminated parquet flooring
- Resin impregnated parquet flooring

| Open time @ 20⁰C / 50% RH | 60 mins. PLACING AND FINISHING Though KingBond PUWQ is recommended to be applied at 15°C and above. A minimum allowable application temperature of 5°C can be accepted when taking the precaution of storing cartridges at 20°C. Spread the paste uniformly onto the substrate using an appropriate trowel or spatula. Lay the wood lathes into the wet adhesive film and check for proper transfer on the lath back side. Allow for a gap of 10 to 20 mm all alongside the walls and leave the floor undisturbed for a period of 12 hours at 20°C and 48 hours where ambient temperature is 5°C. Allow an additional 24 hours prior to sanding. ACOUSTIC UNDERALYS Fibered or based cork under layers can be laid with KingBond PUWQ using a serrated spreader. In order to accelerate the adhesive curing a water mist spray of 20 g/ m² is acceptable. Allow for curing prior to parquet placing as indicated above. | — |
